1. How to submit a request
- Email timardarapp@gmail.com from the address connected to your Timardar account.
- Use the subject Timardar Account Deletion Request.
- Include your registered email address or phone number and, if available, your Timardar ID (TMD-ID).
- State clearly whether you want the entire account deleted or only specific data reviewed.
- Complete reasonable account-ownership verification if requested.
2. Data covered by account deletion
Subject to verification and legal limitations, deleting an account removes or de-identifies data under Timardar’s control associated with that account, which may include:
- Account and profile information.
- Medicine schedules, images, stock and reminder history.
- Adherence records and notification tokens.
- Blood pressure, glucose, weight, height, BMI, water, walking, diet or related health entries.
- Patient-caregiver and patient-provider relationships and permissions.
- Provider profile, refill and order data connected to the account.
- Saved contact or SOS information under the account’s control.
Deleting a patient relationship may also remove another user’s access to the shared records. It does not delete information that belongs independently to another user where retention is legally or operationally required.
3. Information that may be retained
Limited information may be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or legitimate transaction records. Data in routine encrypted backups may remain until that backup is overwritten according to the normal retention cycle, after which it is no longer restored to an active account.
4. Important notes
- Uninstalling Timardar does not delete the cloud account.
- Account deletion is intended to be permanent and may not be reversible.
- Removing one medicine, log or connection is different from deleting the full account.
- This public web route supports deletion requests; availability of an in-app self-service deletion control depends on the installed app version.
